My aim is to make this page available for all those who whish to make authentic curries, like my mum does. Not just curries but other indian sub-contitent foods; sweet dishes, dips, sauces and even Kashmiri pickle.

I have many ideas on what to have on this site and would like to say a very special project is brewing in my head. Nevertheless I would like as much input as you can give me.
